Vertiso Memory is operated by Vertiso Corporation.
Conversation history remains with your AI provider unless you choose to send selected context to Vertiso Memory through its tools.

A capture may include attributed verbatim excerpts when exact wording preserves a decision, constraint, correction, or reason more reliably than a paraphrase.
The marketplace plugin does not automatically upload complete conversations and does not install a pre-compaction transcript hook.
Invoking a memory skill authorizes that requested capture. The skill completes it without asking you to approve each individual excerpt.
Memory remains useful only when you can see it, move it, correct it, and remove it.
